Who we are
Citeloop (引得) is a product of Sunyears, Inc. ("we"). This policy covers the website citeloop.ai. Sunyears, Inc. is responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect today
The website has no sign-up, no forms, no comments and no newsletter, so we do not ask you for any personal information. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising scripts. Fonts are served from our own server.
When you visit, our server and our content delivery network record standard request logs:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The page or file requested and the response status
- The referring page, if your browser sends one
- Your browser's user agent (browser and operating system)
We use these logs to deliver the website, keep it secure, fix problems, and see which search engines and AI crawlers visit it.
Visit statistics
When you open a page in a browser, Cloudflare adds a small Cloudflare Web Analytics script to it. The script reports the visit to Cloudflare:
- The page address, without anything after a question mark
- The page you came from, if your browser sends it
- Your country, browser, operating system and device type
- How quickly the page loaded
Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors, and does not fingerprint people by IP address or user agent. We use these statistics to see which pages are read, and which websites and AI tools send visitors to us.
Service providers
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and provides the visit statistics above. It processes the request data above, may set strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated attack, and handles data under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider runs the server the website lives on.
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Our server keeps request logs for 14 days and then deletes them. Cloudflare keeps detailed Web Analytics data for 7 days, then keeps a sample of about 10% that can be viewed for six months. Cloudflare keeps its other logs according to its own policies.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare runs a global network, and our server may be in a different country from you, so your request data may be processed outside your country.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because we do not identify visitors, we may only be able to find log entries if you give us details such as your IP address and the time of your visit.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Upcoming services
The free GEO audit and the Citeloop app are not open yet. When they open, they will collect more information, such as the address of the website to check and an email address to send the report to. We will update this policy before then.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
